Case Study – The Victoria Hotel
The Victoria Hotel located in the Southern suburbs of Adelaide, is one of the premier destination hotels for the ALH Group. Entertaining friends or business partners in one of the many function areas of the hotel. The Victoria Hotel offers a complete experience which includes Dining, Function Rooms, Night Club Area, TAB and dedicated Bottle Shop.
Initial Problem
SA Pipe Relining was contacted by the hotels regular in house plumbers to investigate the cause of continual main drain blockages.
Work Performed
CCTV inspection of the existing sewer drains found completely deteriorated and missing sections of 100mm copper drain which was causing the continual blockages.
Using an array of methods and tools the chasms beneath the drains were filled and the drains were completely relined through, creating the new structurally sound pipe within a pipe, simultaneously bridging the missing sections of drain.
All work was planned and performed with minimal disturbance to the hotel and its customers.

SA Pipe Relining was able to operate outside of the hotels operational hours allowing for sustained full use of the hotel and gaming area for the entire duration of the relining process.
Completed to a strict deadline ensuring all work was performed and completed prior to a major hotel event.
Traditional methods would have significantly taken longer to complete as well as having had considerable disturbances and impact the operations of the hotel, its staff, its patrons and management.
Utilising relining technology was a cost effective and permanent solution for the hotel.
The entire relining process was successfully completed for the plumbing contractor, saving considerable costs as opposed to traditional repair methods.
