The existing terracotta pipework held up admirably for over 70 years, but tree roots had found multiple gaps in which to invade. As a solution, and preventative maintenance, I decided to reline the length. Fortunately, the other side of the house had newer piping so was deemed structurally sound and not needing a reline.
